Ecos da Mata

Ecos da Mata is a top down action rpg game about preservation, colonialism and folklore. The story takes place in a fantasy setting inspired by brazilian history and folklore, taking on its themes and characters.

The player controls Aiyra, a young witch who lives near the Snoring Woods: a misterious place, home to a great number of creatures and mythical beings. The forest is located near Beira-Mata, a small town populated by all kinds of diferent people. 

 The forest is dying and it's creatures are being controlled by a strange force, bringing chaos to the once prosperous and calm region.  Aiyra must find a way to save the inhabitants of Beira Mata and bring balance to it's ecossistem, finding peculiar friends and facing powerfull foes as she tries to uncover the mysteries that shroud the region and it's history.

Q - Heal

Shift - Ritual

The current version of the game is a prototype intended to showcase the mechanics and feel of the game, introducing the story and setting in an early stage.
